2. Service Description

AlmaSooft is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides:

  • Business management and process automation
  • Digital exams and evaluations system
  • Virtual assistant Alma with AI technology
  • Talent and human resources management
  • Business collaboration tools

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Registration and Account

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain confidentiality of credentials
  • Notify any unauthorized use
  • Responsibility for all account activities

3.2 Service Use

  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of business data
  • Use the service ethically and professionally
  • Respect other users' rights

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Violate system security
  • Interfere with service operation
  • Share illegal or inappropriate content
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Access other users' data without authorization

5. Intellectual Property Rights

AlmaSooft and all its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their content, but grant us a license to use it in the provision of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlmaSooft is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Absence of errors or defects
  • Specific results from service use
  • Absolute accuracy of the virtual assistant Alma
  • Accuracy of responses generated by AI models

7. Data Export Rights

Users have the right to export their data at any time during the service period. We provide tools to:

  • Export personal data in structured format
  • Download activity records and evaluations
  • Obtain copies of stored documents
  • Request complete data deletion according to applicable regulations

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate service access:

  • For breach of these terms

  • At user request
  • For legal requirements
